  1. FR wheel speed sensor

Had very busy weekend as one owner collected his NSX from my place in the morning and the other owner brought his in the afternoon and then the interview process for the Health Check.
Found some spare time so finally managed to replace the suspected faulty wheel speed sensor.

Several months ago, I started to hear the faint clicking sound from around the pedal floor area while driving at low speed without using the brake.
From my past experience with the ...

  3. ABS Upgrade 07

As reported earlier, when this NSX arrived at my place,
the TCS warning light was on.
The wheel speed sensor signal will first enter the ABS as raw data
and then the signal is filtered and level converted before
    passed on to the TCS.
TCS will then calculate the targeted parameters and communicate
    with the ECU

  4. Drive Shaft 01

Time to overhaul another drive shaft.

As seen on many NSX, there was typical marking on the damper body indicating
the fact that this drive shaft was removed in the past.

Probably someone followed the Workshop manual for the procedure.
    I don't follow it.

  5. Wheel Speed Sensor and Drive Shaft 07

Unless your NSX is for the track day only, you need soft viscosity but strong oil film for the manual transmission oil.

Unlike other Gbox, not all of the gears are submerged in the oil on our NSX.

It circulates the oil by the built-in oil pump which is operated by the Final Driven Gear and spot showers the oil to each component through the hollow shafts so soft viscosity is the key factor until it warms up.
