    No point in re-using the heavily corroded brake bleeder screws so replaced all four including the ones at the front.

    Also, as reported earlier, the parking brake cable pin was seized at both sides and there was no way ...

    Managed to polish out the lines and rust to this level. Before and after.

    They can be re-used this time and fortunately, the rust didn't get inside the caliper bore.
    Will apply special treatment to both sides in order to prevent rust going any further. ...

    Couldn't work on this NSX at all on Saturday as it took all day working on the garden (this year, everything grow so fast....) and also once again, I spent too much time cleaning the inside of the caliper.

    I just don't like rust sitting at the groove of the dust seal....

    So, I had to contact the owner to change the return schedule.
    Hope I can return this NSX to the owner on Thursday

    Started the flushing service on the classic ABS and as soon as I opened the
    bleeder plug, I knew it’s going to take long time.

    Nothing came out from the accumulator......
    Not a single drip......

    So the accumulator was completely empty.
    Manually activated the ABS pump and immediately, I found the cause of the

    Eng is already out of the bay and I’m about to start washing it so
    doing another catch up updating the blog......




    I don’t think I will be re-using these banjo bolt and bleeder plug at
    the brake caliper.
