    The existing valve clearance was checked and all of them apart from just one adjuster were too wide but evenly matched so that’s part of the reason why the compression data didn’t vary a lot.
    After this, backed off all of the adjuster before removing the TB.

    Tried to show the amount of blowby mist trapped inside the intake manifold VVIS chamber but not easy to do so using my camera. Probably not enough to cause white smoke at very high rpm but at some point, open the VVIS and remove all blowby oil. Best when doing the INJ cleaning and balancing.

    A while ago when I replaced the coolant hoses on this NSX,
    there were some heavy corrosion at the metal pipes.
    However, the area behind the WP was very clean.

    Normally I have to remove some slimy debris inside the trap chambe but
    with this engine, there was just a tiny amount and it was one of the
    most clean engine for this total mileage

    Time to inspect the VVIS plates.



    This engine uses the OEM parts (side intake chamber, air box, air filter, TH body)
    for the intake air system so the amount of debris inside the
    intake manifold was minimum.

    Some of the black bits are the edge coating around the VVIS plate.
