Went out for the final test driving session.

Front brake disc is still new but the pad is being re-used so for the next several 100s miles, please brake gently unless it’s necessary to apply hard braking.
No special bedding in process required for street driving environment.
You will be scraping off the pad material with street driving any way.

After many test driving sessions under different temperature conditions,
    I was not happy with the noise from the following places;

    • The metal rattling noise from the glove box lock
    • The floppy noise from the A/C vent at the door arm rest
    • The right side seat belt anchor trim
    • Rear upper trim
    • Still some noise from the rear view mirror
    • Clock unit
    • Wind noise from the door upper weatherstrip (already known to the owner)
    • Leather squeaking

so hope the owner can see them in his web photo album.

And because I had to re-route so many wires and
with this hot and humid weather, it really slowed me down.
I think I spent more time dealing with all these security related wires than
re-installing the dashboard, interior panels, etc.

Also, I had to install one parts at a time and then

So, carried out the test driving session and activated the ABS several times
until the ABS pump kicked in and adjusted the fluid level afterwards.

This NSX is AT model and due to its torque characteristic,
    always enjoy driving it.

Reset the ECU and confirmed that the idle rpm is at the spec.
