Cleaned the remaining of the EGR gasket.




I’m so glad that I can replace this heavily corroded water passage.

The old crank pulley bolt and the key served more than 17yrs now and although they were still fine, I think I will replace them with new ones this time.

On going project of cleaning the engine….

EGR valve cleaned.
Didn’t want to disturb the spindle so only briefly cleaned around it and cleaned the port while opening the valve manually.
The EGR tube and small chamber were also soaked in special cleaning solution and ready for the reassembly.
