    Long time ago, when I got this USB power adaptor, I noticed that the bimetal terminal was pushed away that the cigarette lighter was no longer engaging and just pops back to its normal position.

    The owner accidentally dropped the air pump for the spare tyre
    in the water and left it without completely drying it.

    When I removed the air pump housing,
    there was still some moisture inside.

    On the bench, there was no open/short circuit so
    applied 12V but nothing happened.
