The first thing I was worried was the intake valve guide failure that I reported several years ago.

Since then, I kept monitoring the situation and there were further failure cases reported on both the C30A and C32B engines in Japan.

Once again, all of the failures were at the intake side and none for the exhaust one.

All of the cases in Japan were mainly on the engine

As mentioned several times on here, for some reason, when I start working on something, it seems to repeat or follow on another NSX.

Last week, I was carrying out some engine inspection and this week, I have been very busy inspecting another engine for strange noise issue.
The noise was not always there and when it happened, it sounded as if something was moving around inside the engine.

    After bleeding the brake,
went out for the test driving session.

This is the first time I used SoS LMA so paid

As reported earlier, there was no gasket used at the
connection points between the test pipe and back box
    resulting in exhaust gas leakage.

Also, there was trace of carbon at the donut gasket at
the swivel joint of the header suggesting that it was leaking
from both the front and rear joints although
I couldn’t feel it at the idle rpm.

Initially, I thought I should not install the triangle gaskets
