    After cleaning and re-conditioning the housing and cover surfaces, the new thermostat was installed.

    Was having problem accessing my web album but seemed to be improved so hope it will stay like this….



    Time to replace coolant hoses, header tank, tank cap, thermostat, etc at the engine bay.




    Found that one of the fixing bolts for the header tank was cross-threaded so had to repair it.

    After thoroughly cleaned and re-conditioned the mating surface, installed the new Thermostat.





    Not easy to show the amount of hoses replaced but all of them including the ATF cooler ones were done. ...

    The bolts at the thermostat cover were rusty so bit afraid to loosen them but they came out without any issues.
