    The replacement hose from Japan has arrived.

    Thank you to Honda Parts Japan not only for the quick response but also
    taking care of the delivery charge to UK.

    This time, obviously no damage to the hose although I just found that
    the focus of the photo was not great.

    Polished the surface of corroded coolant pipes to this level.








    New thermostat installed.
    Existing one was fine but it was the old design spec with the rubber material at

    Replaced all three coolant hoses under the header tank with new clamps.

    Not much to report while re-assembling everything back in place as it’s just a
    matter of lots and lots of wrenching.



    New header tank, cap and fuel lines installed.
