    While I have several spare new and used O2 sensor, this
    rear bank post CAT one requires different connector and terminal
    compared to the rest of the three other O2 sensors on the car.

    I could cut the existing sensor cable and connect my spare one but
    quick check on the US site confirmed that the new replacement
    Denso sensor can be purchased only at US$28 with correct connector and
    terminal installed but with bit extra cable

    Once again created oil free and fresh surface before installing the
    valve cover with the liquid gasket.



    Valve covers back in place and put rest of the parts back in place.

    This aftermarket header is about 5mm too short
    for both the front and rear bank.

    For OEM and other manifold/header,
    I have to tilt the CAT during the engine installation because
    the stud bolts will hit the mating flange.
