    Went through the long hours Health Check Service and just washed the NSX.
    As always, the head light edge is so close to the bumper on all of the face lifted models.

    Once again, used the garden blower to blow out the water trapped in the tiny gap.

  2. Preparation 02

    While looking around the engine, noticed that someone applied too much force at the wrong direction in the past.
    There was a bolt missing at the TB Lower cover.
    Probably from the previous TB service. It actually cracked the metal bracket behind the oil cooler base.

  3. Preparation 01

    Glad to see that the NSXCB site is back on-line again.


    Started to work on another NSX.
    Service menu includes quite a lot of things from fuel filler lid alignment to the drive shaft, brake master cyl, cooling system, etc so it’s going to be very busy again.


    Started with the initial inspection to understand the current condition of each parts as well as the bolts and nuts involved.

  4. Annual Service 05 – Health Check

    As mentioned previously, my Health Check service will cover all of the visual inspection items for the annual service so makes sense to carry it out at the same time.

    As this NSX is so clean and at low mileage, I was expecting very little findings during the checks but still found several things.

    Lots of NSX showed similar condition for the screen wash. Not used very often and getting old resulting in black slimy mould causing blockage inside the level gauge tube.
    It was full of black debris.
    Cleaned it and now it’s comfortable
