    Hi, Paul.
Yes, I’m in the process of designing the structure for the link to some of the common subjects.

However, it will rely on the stability of the NSXCB site which is not great at the moment.

For this reason, I’m also in the process of setting up backup method as I couldn’t update the owner for the progress of my service using this site.

Also, some of the owner tried to contact me through PM or I tried to replied back to their PM but without the access to the site, it is not possible to use the PM.

In the meantime, my recommendation is to load more than 500 posts in single page and save it on your local hard drive.

Then, it is quite easy to search any topics without scrolling the pages as everything is in one page.

I have full back up of my ‘NSX Health Check Service’ thread including the photos and it’s only about 14MB.

I can load it regardless of the access to the internet and I can search any topics/word/etc using the 'Find' option through any web browser software.

You can use Greasemonkey or Auto Pager Add-ons for your browser to achieve this.

If anyone needs further info, just let me know.

    Hi Kaz,

Not specific to this post/blog, but from your records is is possible that you can develop a directoy to your blog or health check thread? With so much valuable information spread over so many pages, having a reference thread is something I would find very useful as I'm sure other owners would too. For example, cleaning cabin sensor = post # xx.

Thanks for your telephone support yesterday (whilst the forum was off line) both jobs completed.

    Thank you, Paul

    Hi, Senninha.
Great to have a comment from another member as it is the key for the interactive tool, Blog.

    One secret from my service.

Whenever I refurbish the drive shaft, I always apply thin coat of silicone spray at the trigger teeth.

By doing this, for nearly 131K miles and 17 years, I never had any corrosion on my drive shaft trigger teeth or wheel speed sensor tip.

Having said this, I always refurbish my drive shaft every 30K – 40K miles and also I replaced them once for R&D purpose in the past so not sure the silicone spray was the major player or not.

You can apply the spray even without removing anything but please be careful not to spray too much as it will attract more debris.

I have never used WD40 in this area but I don’t think it is effective as it will simply dry out and not sure about the side effect to other components.

I wash the car on the stand/lift twice a year with all four wheels removed and also wash it regularly during the winter period so these could be the biggest factor in preventing the corrosion.

This corrosion was similar to what I saw on the NSX kept inside the garage but living close to the sea so possibly the salt in the air could be the cause of this.…

I've seen this reported on several times ... is there any preventative or routine procedures to help reduce the build up in your photos?

Looks like I need to manually modify the [ATTACH] command as [ATTACH=CONFIG] in order to display the image file properly inside the post.

Will try posting some new entries later.
