Good call to replace the header tank. It was already cracked and leaking the coolant.

The coolant hoses were also didn't feel healthy so at the time of TB/WP service, it would be best to replace all of them.

After replacing the Crank Pulley on one NSX yesterday, another owner visited my place in the evening to leave his NSX at my place.

    Today, I'm working on it.

The menu is to replace its Crank Pulley, Coolant header tank/cap and the yellow clips at the windshield lower molding.

Long time ago, when I worked on this NSX, I had to remove the widshield lower molding.

At that time, I had limited spare yellow clips and

Another owner visited my place for a quick Crank Pulley replacement.

I already had the pulley since last September but just couldn’t find spare time convenient for both of us and only managed to arrange the service now

This one is for the MT.
    AT has different design/diameter.

It’s always challenging to loosen the pulley bolt on UK based NSX.

Managed to find some time today to work on my NSX so started to investigate the cause of ABS warning light.

Popped out the FL sensor connector and after measuring the resistance, it confirmed that it was the sensor issue and not the wiring between the sensor and the ABS controller.

Going to place an order for another FL sensor… It was about ...

On the way back to my home tonight, I suddenly felt strange brake pedal kick back when I had to slow down just before the speed bump inside of my local village.

At the 2nd one, the ABS warning light showed up on my dash.

I was on dual carriage way for many miles and also lots of stop and go before arriving back to my area and never had any ABS issues until that point so I already knew it would be simple to diagnose.
