I have now covered about 4k miles on Advan Neova AD-08.


I’m using OEM 16/17in wheels so the tyre size is 215/45/16 and 245/40/17.


I have Type-S suspension and I use my own alignment setup so following comment may not be the case for you especially if you are using wider tyres.


OEM tyre width is somehow quite narrow considering the characteristic and the spec of our NSX.

Well, well… Surprise, surprise…


Recently, my FL wheel speed sensor failed with open circuit and triggered the ABS Error code #13.


I placed an order for the replacement.


It was on back order with estimated 3 weeks lead time…


Yesterday, I had to drive long miles for a meeting and the NSX was parked on the street in the rain.

After spending hours, finally, managed to move R & L drive shaft spline from the hub.


I had to apply so much pressure using the hydraulic puller that I thought I would break the tool.


I used this puller so many times but never had to apply this amount of force in the past.


As I need to have maximum space especially on the left drive shaft to pop out the inboard joint, I’m ...

After checking the circuit, it’s time to install the new capacitors.


After cleaning the board one more time and carried out the inspection, applied the conformal coating to the board.


At the same time, re-soldered two Main Relays (for another owner) and coated them as well.

As I need to be in another meeting this afternoon, decided to work on the CCU for a while.
