    For some reason, accessing the Private Message (PM) area takes long-long time at the moment.



    Visiting the NSXCB site as a guest seemed to be reasonably fast but once you are logged in, writing the Blog or posting in the Forum gets very slow but still, I can live with it.


    However, for the PM, accessing even the empty Inbox, preview of the own message, etc are simply taking too long.


    I have now disabled my PM ...

    In the process of adjusting the Valve clearance at the Front.


    Double checking the torque with digital wrench.


    Front bank finished.



    As I got tired, decided to work on other areas before moving onto the Rear bank.

    When dealing with the liquid gasket, I only have a few minutes before it starts the curing process so not much photo taken during the cam shaft installation.

    Nice looking VTEC rocker arms....



    Removed the old liquid gasket, new O-ring installed, applied fresh engine oil on cam lobe, journal, rocker arm, etc and degreased the area as much as possible.

    I think I spent quite long time on the CCU board that I kept working from last week.



    Now I’m well behind the schedule (again)……


    At this stage, it is very unlikely that I can return this NSX over the weekend but will see….


    Needs to think about the future service structure…..

  5. Air Con CCU Board Service 03 – Finished

    As the weather forecast was quite good for the day and I had another project away from my place, decided to wake up early in the morning and finish everything within the day for this CCU board.

    Applied the coating and then double checked both side of the board before placing it back into the plastic case.


    It was still cold early in the morning so the coating came out in bit ...
