Started the cleaning process and remembered that I should take the video.

Very good example to show the sticky inconsistent LMA that will
cause tappetty and random frequency noise.

    Removed rocker shaft and LMA.
Because of the thick black oil, even removing the rocker shaft felt some
resistance even though none of the primary/secondary arms moved when
    the mid one was pressed.

Doing bit of catch up updating the blog as I have been busy
this week and will be busy over the weekend as well.

Later spec PCB-305 version LMA on the left and old A02 design
that came out from this engine on the right.

Checked the smooth movement of each rocker arms before
    removing the rocker shaft.

As you can see, none of the primary and secondary arms should move
when the mid one was pressed/released.

May not be able to feel it from this video but as reported earlier,
all of the LMA were getting soft and some of them were much
    weaker than the others.

Same process for the rear bank.

Cleaning process done, new LMA (from SoS) installed,
rocker arms back in place and ready for the
    cam shaft installation.

Torqued the sealing bolt for the rocker shaft
    with new washer.
