    So, took the car to the alignment place.

    I always use JPS Motorsport because I know their platform is
    re-calibrated every 6 – 12 months.

    Asked the tyre pressure to be left as it was and
    checked the SAI figure.

    The existing setup was completely wrong.

    While keeping the system under vacuum,
    started preparation for cranking the engine.

  3. Cabin Temperature Sensor, etc

    Just when I thought I can move on to the next service item,
    I noticed that the cabin temperature sensor (aspirator fan) was
    making annoying noise.

    Although it was not included in the service menu,
    I didn’t want to leave it like this when the owner was not happy with
    all sorts of noise after the security system

  4. Cabin Air Temperature sensor

    There are several sensors connected to the A/C CCU board and their inputs are
    used to determine the fan speed, A/C On/Off, VENT mode, etc based on the
    targeted temperature setup.

    One of the sensor is for the cabin air temperature and it is located behind the
    small slits on the centre console

  5. Final Touch

    Suspension bush related bolts and nuts were torqued under 1G.
    Low speed test driving on the lift to confirm that no leakage of MTF or no noise from the rear end.

    As parking brake cable was seized at both callipers, it had to be adjusted from scratch.
    Will finalise the adjustment after the test driving session.
