    I’m glad that the site is back up and running again.....


    It was down from Thursday morning till
    some point yesterday morning so doing some catch up on my Blog.

    In case this happens again,
    I have now opened my Facebook page as a backup.

    Making good progress although my hands and hair were covered in engine oil......








    Overhauling the HLA.

    After washing these in the parts cleaner, rinsed them in the brake cleaner and
    then time to assemble them in the bucket of engine oil.

    Despite the poor oil maintenance by the previous owners and
    human errors by the previous services, the condition of
    the camshafts were surprisingly very good.

    There was no noticeable marking on any of the cam robes and
    just tiny marking on some of the journal area.
