    Before visiting the alignment platform, checked the rideheight, tyre pressure and etc.


    By now, all of the suspension bolts and adjusters were greased and checked.


    As reported earlier, both R & L Caster adjusters were seized but it is more important to match the wheel base length between R & L.


    Based on the tyre choice, state of suspension, owners driving style, current chassis conditions and etc, ...

    Took out the Front camber adjuster bolts to apply silicone grease before visiting the alignment platform.

    Unfortunately, both R & L Caster adjuster were seized so we’ll see how it goes during the alignment session.

    Even before taking this NSX to the alignment platform, I knew the alignment service was not done for quite a while as all of the adjuster bolts and nuts were pretty much seized and there was a big pull towards the left.


    So, before starting the alignment, just a quick check on the rideheight.


    It should be measured at the camber adjuster bolt to the reference plain but good enough to measure the distance from the alignment

    Front Left Caster adjuster had lots of build up of white oxidation so removed the adjuster completely and cleaned the internal hole around the compliance pivot.


    Fortunately, this managed to release the slightly seized caster adjuster and now I can adjust this side.

    What a long day…..



    Even after soaking the bolts and nuts with penetrating oil, still some of them were really seized and didn’t want to move.

    Finally, most of them started to move so applied silicone spray and grease in preparation for the alignment service this week.
