As reported earlier, the header tank was leaking the coolant from the area where the upper and lower tank were bonded.
As I had new one in stock, replaced it.

The tank and Type-R cover were treated with 303 protectant before the installation.


Hope it will last longer this time ...

After spending some time installing the rear sash and adjusting the glass alignment at the left side door, carried out another showering test on both side doors.

A while ago, I noticed that my blog regarding the OEM header tank here (http://www.nsxcb.co.uk/entry.php?132...nt-Header-Tank) was referenced at NSX Prime with some questions on the tank design.
