If you are doing DIY, you can clean the contacts on your
existing cable but if not, just replace it with the new one.

It’s not an expensive parts (well at least if you order it from Japan)
so cheaper to replace than cleaning it.

    The old one.

So, took the car to the alignment place.

I always use JPS Motorsport because I know their platform is
    re-calibrated every 6 – 12 months.

Asked the tyre pressure to be left as it was and
    checked the SAI figure.

The existing setup was completely wrong.

Started to work on another NSX.

The service menu is to replace the OEM coilover with
the BC Racing one + Swift spring, Health Check,
    LED bulbs, interior noise, etc.

Also, when working on the coilover kit,
you don’t want to work on the

    I have been using
several LED bulbs on my NSX and
although they are really bright, some of them failed within
1 or 2 years probably due to the contained heat inside the
bulb holder and the also the soldering crack from my
    Type-S suspension.

A few owners wanted to try the same festoon bulb as mine
for the interior and the boot light but unfortunately,
the vendor in Japan was too busy with another project that

  5. Battery GND cable

    by , 04-02-2013 at 10:37 PM (Today at Atelier Kaz - ex-Honda R&D, F1, Indy/CART engineer)

    While removing the battery,
noticed that the battery holder design was not the NSX spec.

The cutoff area was too small/short and too close to
    the positive terminal.

It should look like the upper one.

The owner brought the proper parts so will use it on installation.
