As always, not having much fun dealing with this hot melt like sticky glue.

Someone added extra glue without removing the old one so it’s making
    the task even worse.

  2. Tail Light Assy 01

When the owner arrived at my place, we looked at the
tail light assy and I noticed some gap between the clear/red plastic lens
    and the black visor.

Initially I though it was the result of warped light assy.

However, while I was testing the drainage, I noticed that the water can
    freely enter the light

  3. Cooling Fan Control Unit

The Cooling Fan Control Unit will fail in the same way as
    the famous problematic Main Relay.

It is caused by the multiple cracks of the solder on the circuit board,
same issue as the Main Relay.

The symptom depends on where the cracks occurred and

If your A/C CCU is also having problem, again,
    it could randomly

    bulb holder.

Because of the metal heatsink, it could create a short circuit
    with the vibration.

  5. Led 01

I have been testing the super bright LED festoon bulbs on
NSX and MX-5 for a few years now and fairly happy with it.
One of the LED at my ceiling light failed just after a year but
rest of them are still surviving.

The only problem is that the vendor in Japan is so busy with
other projects that he is putting lower priority with his LED business
and thus, being told that he won’t be able to supply the same spec
    until
