    Extra parts arrived from Japan.
    There are many parts involved when replacing the Oil cooler and unfortunately,
    three of them are out of stock at the moment.
    One of them is the very Oil cooler body and it won’t be available until mid/Feb
    which means it won’t arrive in UK until late/Feb.
    Discussed the matter with the owner and we’ll replace it in the future.

    Cam pulley installed and torqued to the spec.








    WP installed.
    Unlike the old one, no need to use the liquid gasket here.

    Despite the poor oil maintenance by the previous owners and
    human errors by the previous services, the condition of
    the camshafts were surprisingly very good.

    There was no noticeable marking on any of the cam robes and
    just tiny marking on some of the journal area.

    New O-ring under the #1 cam holder at both front and rear banks.







    No time to take photo while dealing with the liquid gasket and tightening lots of bolts at the cam holder ...

    Installed the new rubber seals on the TB front and rear covers.

    Honda upgraded the cover design after finding some of the original design with
    scratch marking from the cam pulley.
    The heat and installation method caused the cover to warp.

    I normally keep 1 set of upgraded design at my place in case I have to replace
