    The FR brake pipe fitting was overtightened and heavily corroded. Looking at the angle of the pipe,
    there is a chance that it was somewhat forced/cross threaded during the installation of the aftermarket brake line.

    I just hope I can get it loosened without damaging the fitting. Time for the acetone/ATF

    FR inner brake pad outer edge didn’t look making good contact against the disc.
    The calliper slider pins move freely and both pistons were pushed back using just finger so looked to be disc related.

    Ready to take the INJ to my local place where the race teams and many garages are using for the INJ cleaning.

    Part of the ASNU service network and pretty much using the similar cleaning equipment everywhere.
    Should be back today or tomorrow as they had to order replacement INJ filter

    Also, I noticed strange movement at the RR brake pad.

    Normally, immediately after releasing the parking brake, the pad should not move like this.
    The brake pad looked to be new so when it was installed, either the piston was not set properly against the pin on the back plate of the pad or the entire calliper body was not installed properly on the bracket.

    Will inspect this later but at high priority.

    Doing bit of catch up updating the blog though the owner can see what's happening on his NSX through his photo album on the web.




    I spend lots of time adjusting the engine cover on NSX-T model after carrying out the Eng Refresh service.
