    Removed rocker shaft and arms to clean the LMA pocket. You don’t want to leave this old black eng oil in there.

    Checked the head bolt torque and none of them moved. Good as this engine is using the metal gasket.


    Normally, I only use the smelly assembly lube on certain area but with so much moisture in the air and considering

    As seen on many NSX, heavy corrosion at the coolant pipe but not too bad on this NSX.
    Hope other area is fine as it slows me down every time when I have to clean these corrosion.

    It has the 003 later spec LMA so no need to replace them.
    Still, checked the movement and feeling of the mid rocker arms and LMA.
    Also, as my standard procedure, confirmed that none of the primary/secondary rocker arms were moving while pressing down and releasing the mid rocker arms.

    Should have taken the 'before' photo but the TB back plate/cover were
    covered in so much debris and also the melted potting from the
    CRK/CYL sensor.

    Spent extra time cleaning them to this

    After leaving the head bolts over night, carried out the final torque check and
