    TB tension was not too bad although from what I can see, it was probably adjusted too tight during the last TB service.

    TB tension adjuster was very rusty. Probably re-used last time and rattling by now.

    What a big difference after removing all these melted potting.




    TB installed and tensioned properly. Ready for the 4Hrs marathon ...

    Mixed feeling about the engine oil maintenance......

    At one point, I think this NSX was used for frequent short distance journey and possibly the engine oil was not replaced regularly. The build up of gunk from the blowby was serious behind the valve covers.
