    While replacing the coolant hoses, there are not much to report. You just keep removing the old hoses and install the new ones.
    Front hoses and water valve removed.

    At the time when the owner arrived at my place, had a quick look at the car and found a trace of coolant leakage at the bleeder plug of the radiator.

    The coolant level was at MIN as well despite it was adjusted last year when     ...

    New thermostat installed.


    Looks much better compared to the old one at the left.

    New header tank, cap installed and all hoses replaced at the engine bay.

    Started to replace the header tank, cap, thermostat, hoses at the engine bay.

    Looks like someone didn’t put this wire bracket back in place during the last CL service.

    There was a tiny scratch at the coolant temperature sender unit for the temperature gauge inside the dash.


    As I didn’t notice any issue ...

    The existing coolant hoses looked to be from original and really tired.

    Lots of rust on the hose cramp and the pipes.


    Looks like the pipes hidden by the hose are already corroded and I’ll be spending hours cleaning them again….

    Glad it’s not winter yet….
