    FR inner brake pad outer edge didn’t look making good contact against the disc.
    The calliper slider pins move freely and both pistons were pushed back using just finger so looked to be disc related.

    Bilstein damer kit with old/new OEM parts.
    The existing OEM ones were tired and not getting back to free length state quickly enough. Good idea to replace it now.
    The gas/oil chamber is probably blown.

    Time to flush the ABS.

    The owner reported that the area around the ABS reservoir was wet and covered in brake fluid so already knew that there were lots of air inside the accumulator.

    Ideally, wanted to keep the right rear wheel off for the oil filter change but in order to check the damper/tyre clearance, re-fitted all four wheels and bounced the car on the flat dolly.




    Full droop then under 1G at RR wheel.
