    After recovering from my recent injury, started to work on the NSX again slowly as it requires very delicate touch.
    Once again, it’s time to deal with the door window alignment.
    Although I worked on this NSX in the past, I didn’t like the way the old and tired door sashes were sitting against the new weatherstrip, outer molding, etc so wanted to replace the sashes before the new parts took set.

    The wheel speed trigger teeth at the drive shaft were very rusty at both RR and RL side.
    Not enough to trigger ABS warning light but keep eye on this.

    From this week, started to work on another NSX.
    The service menu is to carry out the Engine Refresh with the LMA,
    cooling system refresh, Health Check, etc.


    As this is the first time to work on this NSX,
    started with the Health Check.

    oil seepage and being advised to place something under the car

  4. Interior noise 04

    Doing bit of catch up after too many things to be done
    over the last week.


    While waiting for the metal epoxy putty to cure on the
    cracked dashboard, started working on the windshield upper molding.

    On earlier models, eventually the upper molding will shrunk and
    creates some gap at the edge that is bit of an eyesore on
    a beautiful car.
    Honda modified the design and even released the TSB for this issue.
