    The shape of the pipe neck is different between the OEM and Koyo rad and since the existing coolant hoses are few years old, new upper and lower coolant hoses were installed. The hose clamps were also replaced with the new ones.

    While waiting for the return of the callipers and brackets from Bigg Red, installed the front new disc.
    This photo is for the FR side.

    Top hat and the edge of the disc are nicely coated to prevent the rust.
    It’s straight vane type with limited number of slot so the slot direction can be either way but I prefer following the standard direction and

    As seen many times on here, the Koyo Racing all aluminium radiaor with nice Tig welding.

    As a precaution, rinsed inside many times and ready to be installed.

  5. Eng Refresh 24 (Koyo Radiator)

    It’s not included as part of my Eng Refresh service but replacing the radiator
    at the same time makes sense since it’s a consumable parts and the coolant is
    drained for the WP service any way.

    So, placed the order to the same vendor based in US long time ago and
    for some reason, it travelled to Japan first with no reason but luckily,
    Japan Post was quick to spot the wrong destination and forwarded it
    to me with no extra
