It is my standard procedure to loosen the locking nut and
remove the alignment bolts to apply the silicone grease
in order to prevent the oxidation resulting in seizure to
    the bush metal collar.

Also, it is the courtesy to the alignment service personnel to
loosen all the locking nuts and check the movement of the
    alignment adjusters because quite often,
the locking nuts are really seized and also you don’t want to

For the first time, decided to go back to the alignment
place for the 2nd session as I was not happy with the
    test driving feeling.

At the end, we carried out the whole process twice and
confirmed that it was due to the status of the
bush/damper/etc very likely to be at the rear side.

Thank you to Leon at JPS Motorsport for spending extra
hours on this NSX at free of charge for the analysis.

After initial inspection and preparation, the NSX is on the alignment platform.

The system is re-calibrated at least once a year and it went through this process recently.
For some reason, every time when we do the re-cal, it seems to make the system
very sensitive even for just a tiny adjustment.

Continuing with the pre-inspection before visiting the alignment place.

All of the bushes were getting tired and lots of hair line cracks were observed.
It’s the same on my NSX and I can feel the sudden changes in load at fairly early
    stage of cornering.

Honda doesn’t sell these bushes as a separate parts so I’m

Looks like someone with not much experience on NSX alignment carried out the process
    in the past.

These two arrows at the rear toe control arm should be lined up otherwise, the ball
joint won’t have enough travel under certain conditions.
