    Tow hook cover was missing from the front bumper so new colour coded one
    ordered and installed.
    Hope it will stay there for longer this time.
    Most of the time, it will come off if the bumper was re-sprayed or with the age
    and heat, the rate of warping between the bumper and the hook cover is different

    As seen on many NSX, lots of black gunk at the TH butterfly.

    On this NSX, I couldn’t even see the tip of the idle adjust screw so
    probably I need to remove it completely off the TH body, clean the port and
    then replace it together with the o-ring.

    The EACV filter was covered in black debris as well.

    Went out for the 1st test driving session for the general checks.

    Happy with the result so back on the lift, visual inspection,
    re-torque the wheel nut, adjust the Aux belts tension, etc and
    checked the base idle rpm.




    This is the DBW model so needs to short the 2pin Blue SCS terminal

    Already at the end of brake OH service so doing another catch up
    in updating the blog.....

    Honda Type 2 blue coolant.

    As reported earlier, someone just opened the idle adjust screw without
    cleaning the TH body in the past.

    Now the TH body is so much cleaner that the extra air was passing through
    the idle air port.
    Initially, the adjust screw on this engine was sitting almost close to
