    The shape of the pipe neck is different between the OEM and Koyo rad and since the existing coolant hoses are few years old, new upper and lower coolant hoses were installed. The hose clamps were also replaced with the new ones.

    Back to NSX servicing……





    As reported earlier, the header tank was leaking the coolant from the area where the upper and lower tank were bonded.
    As I had new one in stock, replaced it.

    The tank and Type-R cover were treated with 303 protectant before the installation.

    While waiting for the return of the callipers and brackets from Bigg Red, installed the front new disc.
    This photo is for the FR side.

    Top hat and the edge of the disc are nicely coated to prevent the rust.
    It’s straight vane type with limited number of slot so the slot direction can be either way but I prefer following the standard direction and
