    In Japan, we cerebrate almost any occasions on the calendar but
    New Year’s day is one of the most important one for us.
    We celebrate Christmas as well but it’s normal working day for
    most of the companies.

    New filter gaskets and the bolts for later spec VTEC Spool valve.
    Must replace the bolts especially the vertical ones.









    Degrease the mating surface to this level.

    Valve clearance at the front bank adjusted and checked twice.

    Then, checked the clearance and locking torque
    one more time on all six cyl.

    Finally, the long hours marathon task of
    valve clearance adjustment has completed.

    Triple checked that the cam timing is correct.

    Not easy to place the camera at the
    right angle but you will get the idea.
    The marking will line up against the top edge of
    the TB back

    TB installed and once again,
    time to check and check and check the cam timing.

    TDC marker for #1 piston at the crank.
