Some of the report from my Health Check.....

The existing aftermarket wiper blades (the one removed and sitting on the glass freely) were really noisy and showing lots and lots of hairline cracks.
Replaced them with the JDM ones.

    They are 550mm instead

  2. Health Check, Annual Service 02

The fluid level at the ABS reservoir was at the max line so it’s very unlikely but noticed the trace of brake fluid under the caution label.
May be someone spilled the fluid in the past???

I’ll be flushing the ABS any way so not a problem.

By the way, as mentioned in the meeting, please exercise your ABS every time when you take your NSX

  3. Health Check, Brake OH, Koyo Rad, etc 01

    by , 27-09-2015 at 01:36 PM (Today at Atelier Kaz - ex-Honda R&D, F1, Indy/CART engineer)
Started to work on another NSX from last week.
The service menu is to carry out the Health Check, brake overhaul with premium coating by Bigg Red, installation of Koyo Racing radiator, etc.

I normally prefer to test drive the car first before removing any parts but as it was so wet at the beginning of last week and also I was too tired to drive a car with limited tyre life so decided to just start the Health Check and drive it later.

  4. Eng Refresh + LMA, Bilstein Damper, etc 03

    by , 21-03-2015 at 01:06 PM (Today at Atelier Kaz - ex-Honda R&D, F1, Indy/CART engineer)

    Dangerously installed aftermarket HID cables.
When the headlight goes up, it could be trapped and create short circuit with massively high voltage.

JDM spec (550mm compared to UK 500mm) wiper blade assy with proper 'wing' at the driver side and matching longer pair at the passenger one.

Engine bay is pretty much done.
