As reported in Feb/13, my defrost panel started getting noisy due to hairline crack especially in the winter.

Took ages aligning this aftermarket eng bay vent.
It was sitting too close to the edge of the boot lid yet if I try to allow enough clearance, it will hit the rear hatch glass……
Set at the best compromise.

While the seats are out, good opportunity to clean the carpet. I found several changes there.
