    The rollers at the right side inboard joint showed extra wear markings. I can re-use them this time but when the time comes for the next overhaul, best to replace the whole joint.
    The outer ring showed some pitting markings due to lack of lubrication.

    Not much to report once the drive shaft has been refurbished.

    Cleaned the mating surface of the hub at the back and the surrounding area.
    Checked and cleaned the wheel speed sensor tip inside the hub carrier and then installed the refurbished drive shaft with new C-ring.
    After applying silicone grease on the body of all bolts to prevent oxidation/seizure, tightened all suspension bush related bolts and nuts under 1G and done.

    What a busy weekend.......

    Only had short free time on Sunday so quick reassembly of the drive shaft.

    I didn't want to touch my mobile phone camera while dealing with that smelly custard cream CV grease so just the end result.

    Set the proper offset at 60deg between inboard and outboard spiders, filled the joint housing with the smelly grease, installed each rollers in original direction at their original position, adjusted the amount of air ...
