    Even with the fully charged battery,
    I felt as if the cranking speed of the starter motor was not
    up to the full speed.

    Once again, the battery terminal was overtorqued and very loose.
    I could remove it without even loosening the fixing nut.

    Since the damage was done to the cramp,
    best to replace the GND cable.

  2. Battery GND cable

    While removing the battery,
    noticed that the battery holder design was not the NSX spec.

    The cutoff area was too small/short and too close to
    the positive terminal.


    It should look like the upper one.

    The owner brought the proper parts so will use it on installation.

    Not great weather so instead of test driving session, started replacing the IG switch.

    No wonder why the owner was having difficulty starting the engine or keeping the engine running.

    The terminals were showing the fretting corrosion resulting in intermittent connection.
