    Carried out the compression check to understand the current condition of the
    engine before my TB/WP/Valve Clearance service.

    As same for everyone who took my services, the complete data will be only
    informed to the owner and I’ll only show the LSB here.

    Time to take the compression after the service.


    Before the service:

    #1: 240, #2: 242, #3: 248, #4: 239, #5: 244, #6: 245


    After the service:
    #1: 241, #2: 244, #3: 244, #4: 241, #5: 241, #6: 241



    Again, the absolute value is not that important because it will change depending on the cranking rpm, engine temperature, etc and the deviation between the cyl is the key.

    Another vacuum leak check carried out as I had to disconnect some of the coolant hoses after carrying out the last check in order to get extra space for TB service.

  4. Eng Refresh Stage 1 – 16

    From here, just needs to put everything back in place.




    Installed TB Front and Rear covers and then used Honda bond on the upper two bolts for the installation of the Eng Oil cooler.

    Cyl 1: **6, Cyl 2: **7, Cyl 3: **5
    Cyl 4: **9, Cyl 5: **0, Cyl 6: **1


    Although the rear bank Cyl are still showing the lower figures, they are far better than the data before start of my service and the differences are well within the window.
