All of the spark plugs were over torqued
especially the one at #4 cyl.

It was also showing faint misfire or rough idle rpm.

For some reason, it was using the heat rating #7
instead of #6 on all six plugs.

For a short period, Honda did use #7 on specific models but then

  2. Eng Refresh Stage 1 + LMA (SoS) – 20

As reported earlier, there was no gasket used at the
connection points between the test pipe and back box
    resulting in exhaust gas leakage.

Also, there was trace of carbon at the donut gasket at
the swivel joint of the header suggesting that it was leaking
from both the front and rear joints although
I couldn’t feel it at the idle rpm.

Initially, I thought I should not install the triangle gaskets

    Preparation for the compression check
before start of the Engine Refresh.

So much debris even under the IG coil cover so
had to blow them away before removing the IG coils.

Surprised that these spark plugs were not
    replaced until now.

At the time of annual service, I recommend the owner to
    carry out the compression check.
This will at least confirm the condition of the upper part of
your engine and by building up the compression history,
you may be able to spot the sign of issue.

It will also help if you keep monitoring the fuel mileage
every time when you fill up your tank.
