After disinfecting the Evapo, placed the blower motor fan back in place and
reconnected the battery.

Now, everything back in place apart from the spare wheel.

I’ll put it back once I’m done with the missing coolant hose at the water valve.

After blowing out as many debris as possible from the evapo area,
started washing it with great care not to damage the fragile fins.

Although there was some sort of A/C refresh service carried out in the past,
after looking at the state of the A/C cabin temperature sensor and
the smell from the Vent,
I was not sure about the level of previous service so recommended the owner
to wash the A/C evaporator.

Suspension bush related bolts and nuts were torqued under 1G.
Low speed test driving on the lift to confirm that no leakage of MTF or no noise from the rear end.

As parking brake cable was seized at both callipers, it had to be adjusted from scratch.
Will finalise the adjustment after the test driving session.

Started to wash the A/C Evaporator.




When I removed the blower motor unit, it didn’t look too bad
but from the amount of debris trapped at the windscreen,
engine bay, boot lid, etc, I knew it would be very dirty.
