  1. TB/WP/Valve 11

Due to the strong wind, my apple tree in the back garden broke down partially so had to deal with it with the chainsaw.

I think I’ll be working on some of the trees over this autumn….

Hope all of the pigeons left their nest.

Back to working on this NSX.

When the owner visited my place for the Health Check last year, the Crank Pulley was already started to show the sign of the famous failure, ‘the separation of the metal weight’.

I asked the owner to flat bed the NSX from my place after the Health Check and the owner replaced the Crank Pulley so this one is going to be re-used.

    Time for the re-assembly process.

From here, it's just a matter of putting everything back in place with the consideration for the sequence so not much photos, I'm afraid.

Oil level gauge and A/C idler pulley are installed and the Front/Rear mid TB covers are now back in place.

Looks like this crank pulley was never replaced.

The metal weight was still not dislocated but the actual pulley body was very rusty and lots of debris were peeling off.

As mentioned in the past, although the TB itself is the same part between non-JDM and JDM NSX, JDM one will have extra items within the package and thus, uses different part no.
