    Front brake calipers were removed ages ago but in order to finish the engine tasks first, left them until recently.

    Normally, when the owner has arrived at my place, I go through each wheels/tyres/body work while the owner is standing at the side of the car.

    I already knew there was at least one issue with the FL brake as there were excessive amount of rust left on the disc despite the owner driven

    Although some of the brake calliper parts looked to be replaced in the past, the fluid was not replaced regularly and also some of the services were not done properly that the rust managed to penetrate through several areas.
    This smaller piston looked to be replaced in the past so I'll re-use it.

    Bigg Red has done great job on the calliper and bracket body

    Goodridge brake line is so much flexible than the black aftermarket one that came on this NSX.
    While removing the old one, not only the front left side but also found that the right side one was also damaged.

    What a dirty callipers and brackets. I don’t know what kind of pad material was used or in what driving environment they went through but so much thick debris was sticking everywhere around the calliper body.
