    Already carried out short distance test driving session in order to get idea on when the owner can collect his NSX.


    Back on the lift, happy with the result so time for the 30min cruising mode session. On the way back, activated VTEC and entered the high rpm range once.

    Back to cruising mode and cool down session.

    Double checked that there is no air at the heater core and radiator bleeder plugs.

    Didn't like the level of corrosion at the brake banjo bolt so replaced both RR & RL ones.
    Bleeder screws were fine at all four corners so just re-used them.

    As we are not replacing the Brake master cyl, ...

    Vacuum leak check of the cooling system.




    While waiting for the leak check, started bleeding the CL Hyd sys.

    Already fired up the engine so doing another catch up.....





    Replaced three coolant hoses under the centre floor.

    As seen on several NSX, already two of the hoses were very soft and was not surprised if they burst in the near future. Good call to replace them now.

    Applied silicone grease around all of the rubber hunger of the aftermarket exhaust back box.
