Not much to report while placing everything back in place and preparing for the fireup.

Always annoying dealing with the issues caused by the previous mistakes long time ago.

Also, more and more the parts quality is getting worse even straight out of the bag.

Started to work on another NSX from last week.
The service menu is the Eng Refresh + LMA, Koyo radiator, Health Check,
    drive shaft, etc.

As same for everyone, around this time of the year, the owner was
so busy that he decided to use flatbed service to bring his NSX to
    my place.
On arrival, noticed lots of mud on the tyre as well as inside the wheel arch

While looking around the engine, noticed that someone applied too much force at the wrong direction in the past.
There was a bolt missing at the TB Lower cover.

Glad to see that the NSXCB site is back on-line again.

Started to work on another NSX.
Service menu includes quite a lot of things from fuel filler lid alignment to the drive shaft, brake master cyl, cooling system, etc so it’s going to be very busy again.

Started with the initial inspection to understand the current condition of each parts as well as the bolts and nuts involved.

The existing coolant hoses looked to be from original and really tired.

Lots of rust on the hose cramp and the pipes.

Looks like the pipes hidden by the hose are already corroded and I’ll be spending hours cleaning them again….

    Glad it’s not winter yet….
