    As reported earlier, the rubber cushions at the R side head light retractor were missing and causing the vibration. After doing some measurement, small adjustment were made at the stopper bolt and the rubber cushions were installed.

    Removed all alignment related bolts and nuts.


    Already the oxidation started with small seizure as well.
    Very famous issue not only on our NSX but on other Honda models as well.
    Applied silicone grease in preparation for the alignment session.

    In order to be as close as possible with the OEM rideheight, I'll set the C-ring at the upper perch.

    Using the lower perch will lower the rideheight about 25mm depending on the lever ratio.


    Because of using the new rubber parts, we can't carry out the alignment service immediately until the damper/spring ...

    I always use JPS Motorsport because I know their platform is
    re-calibrated every 6 – 12 months.
