    In preparation for the alignment service, refueled the car to about half tank level.


    Before leaving, checked the tyre pressure and the RR tyre that got nail in the tread lost 0.2kgf/cm2 over the last 3 weeks.
    This is with the wheel off the car so once back on the car, it will accelerate the pressure leak due to chassis weight so I hope the owner

    It is my standard procedure to loosen the locking nut and
    remove the alignment bolts to apply the silicone grease
    in order to prevent the oxidation resulting in seizure to
    the bush metal collar.

    Also, it is the courtesy to the alignment service personnel to
    loosen all the locking nuts and check the movement of the
    alignment adjusters because quite often,
    the locking nuts are really seized and also you don’t want to

    Looks like someone with not much experience on NSX alignment carried out the process
    in the past.

    These two arrows at the rear toe control arm should be lined up otherwise, the ball
    joint won’t have enough travel under certain conditions.

    Before visiting the alignment platform, it is my standard practice to check
    the state of the alignment adjusters and apply silicone grease to the adjuster body.

    In case someone worked on the drive shaft in the past,
    double check the tripod offset between the inboard and outboard joints.
    There should be 60deg offset as you can see above.
