    Just keep replacing the old coolant hoses….
    This NSX is NA2 spec so 21 hoses in total.




    Centre floor coolant hoses replaced.
    The crank shaped hose (can't see it well in this photo) was really soft and about to burst…..

    Feedback from the test driving session.

    Very heavy CL pedal.
    No squeaking sound from the CL slave cyl plunger so not friction related and very likely to be the life of CL itself.
    No slip yet but this is the sign of the wear at the CL disc.
    Flywheel is mega-expensive for the 6MT single disc CL so you don’t want to damage it.
    For this mileage and age, probably flywheel can be re-used but for the next time, you may want

    Several years ago, noticed the crack at the header tank but at that time, it was not leaking the coolant yet.
    This time, it was leaking but not too bad compared to the last NSX that I serviced.

    Back to NSX service.




    Although the battery parts no was shown as -000HE, it went into conditioning mode fairly quickly so seems like the battery is in healthy condition.
    Honda released new parts no. -011HE several years ago so this battery must be fairly old.
    Just keep driving and attach well known battery
