    Every time after each adjustments, showering test and cool air blower test were carried out.
    Hand held sprayer and spot drier with helping hand are your friend.
    No leakage was found but for some reason I got wind noise from around the rear sash area and yet no water getting inside the cabin.

    Over the last several days, I just kept re-adjusting the door window alignment on both sides.
    To be honest, I never had to spend such long extra time adjusting the window alignment in my life.


    It was mainly caused by the combination of using the old and new parts plus the poor previous services in this area resulting in deformed parts and excessive force applied to the inner door panel fixing points.

    Hm…. It’s dirty but you don’t want to apply any force in this area especially around the linkage and the plastic fasteners.
    Removing the rod from the linkage is easy if you know the trick but it’s time consuming

    European spec high pressure washer motor, grommet, seal sponge. The old motor was still active but lost pressure so already partially dead.

    Washer tube held with new bracket.
