    Started to work on another NSX from last week. The service menu is to carry out the customised annual service for each NSX, Health Check and installation of NSX-R steering wheel.


    I wanted to return this NSX to the owner by now but with recent task of dealing with the Forum and the Club, had to spend hours/days for it and inevitably, another delay caused….

    Several years ago, noticed the crack at the header tank but at that time, it was not leaking the coolant yet.
    This time, it was leaking but not too bad compared to the last NSX that I serviced.

    The owner is already aware of this but the CAT flange plate is just about surviving.
    The bolt and nut will break off at some point in the future.
    Not much point in trying to repair them as they will break off immediately. Just keep using them and take it to the exhaust shop once they get close to the limit of their life.
